Some properties of the carefully selected essential oils in this blend:

Chamomile, Spruce – anti-inflammatory properties to soothe swollen joints.

Nutmeg, Cajeput, Clove – analgesic qualities for effective pain relief.

Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger – stimulant and rubefacient, promoting warming and improved blood circulation.

Peppermint – acts as an anaesthetic and analgesic, offering a cooling after-effect.

How To Use It

Apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage around affected joints until the oil is absorbed. Prior to use, perform a patch test on a small area of skin. If a skin reaction occurs, dilute further in a carrier oil or discontinue use.

Indication for users with sensitive skin:
If skin reaction appears dilute the blend 1:1 with a cold pressed massage olive oil or any other carrier oil.
